ORDER & SHIPPING

1. How long does shipping take? (Delivery time) Your item is not a warehouse dust collector. It is printed especially for you (print-on-demand) as soon as you order. This is more sustainable and guarantees fresh goods.

Please plan as follows:

Production (PoD): 2–5 business days

Shipping (DHL/DPD): 1–3 business days

So, your order will usually be with you within 5–8 business days.

2. How much does shipping cost? We keep it simple:

From €70.00 order value: Free shipping (DE/AT)

Under €70.00 order value: €3.95 (DE/AT)

3. Where is my order? (Tracking) As soon as your package is on its way, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email. In this email, you will find your personal tracking link, which allows you to follow the journey of your package live.

4. Do you also deliver to Switzerland / abroad? Currently, we are rocking Germany and Austria. Other countries are already in planning!


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

5. Can I return or exchange my order? (IMPORTANT!) This is the most important point for Print-on-Demand (PoD). To avoid overproduction, each item is made only for you personally.

Exchanges (e.g., wrong size): An exchange is not possible free of charge, as we cannot simply put the "wrong" item back into stock.

Returns (Withdrawal): You can cancel your order within 14 days. You, as the customer, bear the direct costs of the return.

PLEASE: Be sure to check our size charts on the product page before ordering to avoid returns.

6. My hoodie/shirt has a defect! (Complaint) That should not happen! If your item has a printing error, a hole, or another clear defect, please contact us immediately.

Send us an email to info@adterdrk.de with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A short text explaining what's wrong

  3. Important: 1-2 meaningful photos of the defect

We will immediately arrange a free replacement for you.


PRODUCTS & SIZE

7. How do the items fit? (Sizing) We have different fits to match your vibe:

Regular Fit (e.g., Zip Hoodies): True to size. Take your standard size.

Premium / Comfortable Cut: Fits a bit looser and more relaxed. Perfect for comfort.

Oversized Fit (e.g., Heavy Hoodies): This cut is deliberately extremely wide and has deep "drop shoulders." For the perfect, desired oversized look, take your normal size.

When in doubt: Always check the measurement chart (size chart) on the respective product page!

8. How do I wash the items correctly so the print lasts? To keep your print as fresh as the first beat:

Always turn inside out.

Wash cold (maximum 30°C).

Never iron directly over the print.

Do not tumble dry.

9. How can I pay? We offer all common and secure payment methods. You'll see the complete selection (e.g., PayPal, Klarna, credit card, instant transfer, Apple/Google Pay) directly in the last step of the checkout.

10. I haven't received an order confirmation! Don't panic. Please first check your spam folder (or the "Promotions" tab in Gmail). Sometimes our emails get lost there. If nothing is there after 30 minutes, please contact us at info@afterdrk.de
